How discreet is your packaging?
Every order arrives in plain packaging with no external branding. Garments are hand-folded in our signature tissue paper—perfect for gifting. The sender name will simply list “FDM Studio.”

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For size adjustments, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order. Pro Tip: For special occasions, order at least 3 weeks in advance to allow time for potential returns and reorders.

For hygiene reasons, Pleasure category items and sale merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. All other lingerie (including bras and panties) may be returned if unworn with protective liners intact.
