Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Essentials Panties, Bondage & Peekaboo Bras, or Pleasure collection items unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our concierge at [email protected] with your order number and return details within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the original packing slip and repackage items securely in their original packaging.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return via trackable mail to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange (style, size, color)
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

International Returns

International customers (excluding restricted Asian regions):

  • Follow the same return process
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (our couture quality control makes this rare):

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
