Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receipt. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian regions and remote locations. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident in your Fleur du Mal selections. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our concierge team will ensure a seamless return experience.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet these couture standards:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Essentials Panties
  • Bondage & Peekaboo Bras
  • Pleasure collection items

Exceptions are made for defective items – please contact us immediately if you receive a flawed product.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Initiate Your Request

2. Prepare Your Package

Include the original packing slip and repackage items securely in their original packaging.

3. Ship Your Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Include a note specifying your desired exchange (style, size, color)
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

International Returns

Our international customers (excluding restricted Asian regions) should:

  • Follow the same return process
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Note that original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

While our couture quality control makes this rare, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
